It is a newly renovated hotel, I loved huge rooms and comfortable location. The breakfast is sensational, the stuff are well-mannered. The property provides an exceptional service. When I am in Hamburg, I like staying here.

Comfort twin room with a missing chair was the best. Sensational breakfast at reasonable rate, helpful staff, we greatly enjoyed it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hamburg and I was really impressed. the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and paid attention to every detail, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Moreover, the hotel's location on the outskirts of town provided a peaceful and serene setting, offering a beautiful view from my room. Lastly, the breakfast offered at a reasonable rate was delicious and satisfying, giving me the energy I needed for the day ahead. I also loved the fact that my room had a table and chair, perfect for doing some work. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice terrace where we could relax. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop right in front and close proximity to Hamburg's party area. The breakfast buffet offered a satisfying start to the day. Despite some minor issues with the room, overall I would recommend this hotel for its value and location.

This hotel may have been 4 star standard twenty years ago but it certainly isn't now. Everything about the room and common areas upstairs is shabby and old, although the breakfast rooms and downstairs areas present well.

Very nice. Next to a nice area with a lot of different retaurants, a bus straight to the city centre from front of the hotel. Rooms spacious. Nice indeed!

The hotel facilities were far from what is described on Booked.net. The wireless internet was not available and the business centre does not exist. Very old and obsolete equipment and facilities. I am surprised how they got 4 star for their rating.

We loved the spacious and clean room, with comfortable beds and a small fridge. The hotel facilities, such as the lobby and elevator, were impressive and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to find a water boiler and coffee and tea provided in the room. This city's public transportation made it easy and quick to get to the hotel from the central station, and the location was quite close to the city center and a bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
